The digital sobriety experiments are broken down into three sequences:
1) A voice message that allows you to learn about ideas related to the theme of each experience: Planet, Body, Eco-design etc. This format invites you to listen and rest your eyes.
2) An estimate of the carbon footprint that serves to make you aware of the impacts of digital consumption, which are very real despite a “dematerialized” appearance. Our approach is to quantify the environmental impacts associated with the manufacture of electronic devices and the consumption of electricity due to the transmission and storage of digital data, within the Canadian energy mix.
3) An activity suggested at the end of each course in the form of a gesture or a thought that helps to feel the benefits of digital sobriety on a daily basis.
